1) The DNS resolves OK to the master server.
2) The first issue is related with sipxecs-setup is not passing the password
you enter in the dialog to the http request.
The failure shows
Failure fetching configuration from:
https://sipx1.mydomain.com:8443/sipxconfig/initial-config/sipx2.mydomain.com
failed with error ('http error', 401,
'An+Authentication+object+was+not+found+in+the+SecurityContext',
<httplib.HTTPMessage instance at 0xb7d5c12c>)
If you force it by changing the FQDN field to something like
[email protected] it pass the first input data screen, but appears the
second problem.
3) The second issue is related with the transfer of the generated file
sipx2.mydomain.com.tar.gz
a. /usr/libexec/sipXecs/initial-config works ok without
errors. It generates the certificates and the tar.gz without problems.
b. I have verified the permissions and owner of the generated
tar.gz and change it to sipxchange:sipxchange.

I am trying to configure a secondary server.
When i run the sipxecs-setup (version 4.1.0-016340) , i receive a first error
connecting to the master server (The sipxecs-setup is not passing the password
to the master)
So i try adding the passwd to the URL string that then gets transformed into
https://pas...@sipxmaster:8483/...
as a workaround.
When the sipxecs-setup try to download the "sipxslave.tar.gz" configuration
from the master server i get this error:
"exception tarfile.ReadError file could not be opened successfully"
Anyone can help me with this?
