Hi to all, I have a scenario where an incoming call from the psnt pass through an audicode mediant 1000, and when an extension want to put that call in Hold, the external user only hears a bep. Why if I put the select option in the server " music on hold, enabled", the music on Hold don't sound. I have a Lg-nortel 6830 ip phone, and nortel's softphones the softphone puts the call in hold.
Looking the trace in wireshark, the scenario behaves like a normal hold call, not like a MOH call. Thanks
