Damian, 

I've had this issue before with yum and found I was running an older
Yum.

Run 'yum update yum' to get the most current version of yum ad then it
tends to work properly.

It seems to be fine now, strange. On another note the package
sipxconfig-mrtg-4.0.2-016420.x86_64.rpm does not appear to be signed, is
this ok?
