Hmm... almost like it can't resolve it properly... make sure it is pointing
to the PBX for a domain name server, and make sure it has a proper host name in
the proper DNS domain (gwname.sipdomainname).

Sorry... just guesses as I don't use those gateways.

access forbidden

Thanks for your tips.
I am already using the latest firmware 1.2.1.5, also i have done a Wireshark
trace and look at the sipx and GXW4108 log.

The gateway is an unmanaged one, just using it´s ip address, no registration on
the sipxecs is needed.

The problem is related with the gateway, it compares the URI with the SIP
server loaded in the profile, if there is no coincidence it responds with 403
forbbiden.

If you don´t have a redundant configuration you just put the ip address and
that´s all, but in HA you want to resolve the destination host on the fly. So,
with this gateway you have a fixed destination. As a workaround you can use 50%
of the FXO lines to sipxecs1 and the other 50% to the second one... in a round
robin schema.

One good new... in the new firmware the address rewrite works!! Now it uses the
URI instead of the To field. So if you modify the dialed number with the dial
rules it will work now.

Thanks!
