I have to test this tomorrow then, as that would indeed be an issue.
I restarted my system after the upgrade. I don't see any issues relating to 
Polycom phones address in 4.02.
Are our phone that can't transfer local or remote users? Are these calls 
passing through sipxbridge at all?

Upgraded to 4.0.2 and now my polycom phones don't transfer

I can transfer just fine with my cisco phones, Polycom phones are all up 2 date 
with 3.1.3 rev-C
