I Used this firmware: SDMMC_0_1_92S_080320 Format SD with FAT. Use the smaller and older SD you have. The new one are not read correctly by the phone (dont know why)

Have you downloaded firmware from the nortel site? If I select "Show hw/sw version" my phone show me "Hardware version Rel 1.0", "Software version 0.2.50".
