Not much to go on but...

I just saw a question like this posted a week ago if you wish to search the 
list.
The answer is to check the names carefully, whether you are using the server 
DNS or an external one.
You will also see what the server is complaining about if you look at the 
errors themselves. In fact, it even suggests the problem and the fix.
