I am grappling with a similar problem to Vitelity. Did you create an alias on the user associated with the phone you want to ring that matches the incoming DID? I had to add this to mine to get incoming calls to ring through. If you do this, you also need to leave the field "Incoming calls destination" empty on the SIP section of the configuration of your SBC, if you are using sipxBridge. I think it defaults to "operator".
