I had a client report an issue after we upgraded them to 4.0.2 Hairpinned transfers (from external to external) are getting anchored on the polycom phone.
For example, a call comes in, the operator does a blind or consultative transfer to someones cell phone. After she hits the transfer button, the call looks like it's still on hold. However, the transfer did work becuase the two parties are talking. However, if she drops the call that looks like its on hold, the call drops for the external party. I plan on getting sipxtrace later in the week but it seems like the audio is getting anchored on the phone. Has anybody else seen this? -m
