Hi,I made a mistake, this is the exact first part of the trace:

Call pick_up:

I ring the 255 extension
The 257 extension try to pick_up the call (*78257) correct is *78255

this is the messages:

*257 sends an INVITE sip:*[email protected] correct is :
sip:*[email protected]

sip:[email protected]<sip%[email protected]>
255 respond with a 489 EVENT PACKAGE NOT SUPORTTED.**

Ok, and the 255 extension is a softphone: *SMC 3455 Version 1.5.19.2 build
49806, this is a nortel softphone powered by Counterpath, * is similar to a
X-LITE.

And I dont know if for the LG-NORTEL LIP-6830, exists a newer version of
this firmware: *1.2.43sctd*
