Has anyone seen an issue where a single user msg waiting on softphone dies and if they restart seems to come up and work for a awhile and then dies again. I have one user having the issue. Polycom set show VM and its getting forwarded to his VM but it does not show up on the softphone consistently. I have reloaded the softphone and still problem persists.
