Thanks Scott.  I'm a little confused about how to setup DNS in this  
case, as the internal and external address is different for the  
server.  That is, the phones on my network connect to 192.168.x.x,  
while the signaling from the external ITSP needs to connect to  
66.159.x.x.

I believe that we have the SIPx-recommended DNS settings only  
configured internally, and our external DNS servers don't have these  
(SRV, etc.) records.  Would you expect that setting up these records  
outside (using the 66.159.x.x address) should solve the problem?
