Has anybody tried the Patton M-ATA-1/E with SipXecs? (It's basically a miniture 1 x FXS gateway). We're looking at using it together with our analog DECT phones as an inexpensive replacement for the Snom m3, which was universally disliked.
Does anyone know how well its consultative call transfer works with SipXecs? I'm not even sure how features like this would work at all over an FXS. Does it use some kind of DTMF signalling?
