I was able to cause the one-way audio issue by changing the RTP port 
range on the Adtran mid-call. The Adtran has a limited RTP range and 
defaults to 10000-10244. I changed this to 21000-21244 but the audio 
went one-way at about 20 minutes.

Does sipXbridge change RTP ports mid-call?
