sending this again, copy/paste this to your ssh session with the server:

mkdir /bridgepatch
cd /bridgepatch
wget http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/22062/patch17.zip
unzip patch17.zip
cd patch
chmod +x runme.sh
./runme.sh

Then go into sipxconfig, pick your server, choose SIP Trunking and
Configuration and choose to restart them.
