Yes, but these are two different things. It also depends on the type of gateway or SBC you are using.
Example1: sipXbridge with ITSP configured, MOH is enabled at the SBC. When a call comes in to the AA, pressing an option will tell you, "Please wait while your call is transferred.", you will get MOH (instead of ringing". The option you press can be sending the call to a hunt group too. Example2: Using ACD, each ACD queue has its own MOH message to play (you can define this and upload it to the system). You must assign the ACD role to the system and setup ACD for this to work though.
