If'n yer brave ( I dun it), you kin change "LatestStable" in the sipx area
to say "4.0.3" and yum it to 4.0.3.

Thanks. That got yum working again. Then I reinstalled
sipxecs-release.i386, and that fixed the missing information in
lsb_release.
