In regard to the problem reported as XX-6104, it turns out the problem
is with the non-GRUU-using phone, which describes itself as
"Cisco-CP7960G/8.0".  The 200 that is sent to that device contains a
proper GRUU as the Contact, but that device damages the Contact URI when
it constructs the ACK.  The issue is now XTRN-970.  The workaround is to
avoid using the Cisco 7960 when other devices in the system are using
GRUUs.
