Run the following command on sipXecs: tcpdump -n -nn -s 0 -i any -w
failedcall.cap then reproduce the problem. Once this is done, ctrl-c
out of tcpdump and send e-mail me directly the capture file along with a
snapshot.

Cheers,
bob

        Subject: [sipx-users] Remote user

Hey everyone, I tried to setup my first remote phone yesterday
but couldn't get it to connect to the sipx server. I followed these
steps on the wiki and still no luck L

The private network subnets are different from home to work but
that shouldn't make a difference right? I have all the necessary ports
open, created a new user, and programmed the public IP address of the
server into the phone. Any thoughts of what I could be missing?

        Thanks J
