Currently, the "default" MOH URI is sip:~~...@[domain]. If there is MOH configured separately for a user, the URI for that user's MOH is sip:~~mh~[us...@[domain]. Those URIs are forwarded to the URIs that actually implement the MOH, that is, that provide MOH. In current systems, the default MOH can also be accessed by sip:m...@[domain]:5120. The URI you mention, sip:m...@[domain], is the URI of a user with the name or alias "moh", not a music-on-hold source. Of course, all of this is subject to revision in future releases. But we expect the "~~mh~" URIs to be more stable than the "implementing" URIs. The current table of "~~mh~" URIs is given in the file meta/system-sip-identities in the source distribution.
