Has anyone experienced some voicemails being truncated to 10 seconds? Just this week 2 of my users reported this issue (and sent me the wav files no less). Since this was a few days ago it would take me a long time to pull debug info and in my opinion it isn't worth anyone's time to investigate it deeply since the old system is being replaced shortly.
