Set the phone to provision via ftp. Set your firewall to forward port 21 to sipx. Re-provision the phone (manual reboot is required because line1 is not registered). Once done, you can close port 21 on your firewall if you wish. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431

I initially did all of the configuration through sipXecs and pushed it to the phone. I was then able to use the phone offsite. Something has since happened and the phone is no longer able to connect to sipXecs on Line 1, but can connect to an ITSP on Line 2. I am trying to verify all of the settings. Everything looks good, except I can't seem to find the Outbound Proxy for Line 1 through the SoundPoint web interface. I can only find the Outbound Proxy under SIP | Servers, which I think would affect all lines (I don't want to set the Outbound Proxy for Line 2). Does anyone know if it's possible to set the Outbound Proxy for a specific line through the SoundPoint web interface? If not, what are my options? This phone is now in a different country, so I cannot provision it locally. Is there any way to provision remote worker phones? _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
