Is it possible to have a default action for an auto attendant if the user does not push any button? Our menu directs them through several choices for various departments, dial by name, etc. If they don't select any option. we would like it automatically transferred to an extension. I can't seem to find that option anywhere. If I"m looking at this correctly, all the actions require the user to press a button.
