The reason I ask is that Tony Graziano and I have been seeing situations
where the parking slots are getting "locked up", in some cases as much
as once or twice a week, so badly that the a full sipx service restart
and affected phone reboot must occur before the slot becomes available
again (at least in my case). I opened an issue a while back:
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-6791 that Dale Worley touched on
for a bit but didn't get very far.
