Today I tried to configure a remote worker (SoundPoint 550) behind a
SMC7904BRB2
router. I set up two lines: the first to voip.ms which registers
successfully, and the second to my sipXecs server, which does not register
successfully. I tried pushing the same configuration to another remote
worker phone behind another router (by changing the serial number of the
phone device in sipXecs) and it worked as expected. Therefore, I believe
that the SMC7904BRB2 router is the source of the problem.

I connected to the router to view the settings and logs and found only one
thing that stands out. It shows something similar to this in the logs (I
changed the external IPs to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx):
Protocol: UDP, LocaI IP: 192.168.0.104, Local Port: 5060, Pseudo IP:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (IP of remote worker router), Pseudo Port: 5061, Peer IP:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (IP of local router), Peer Port: 5060

Notice how it changes the Pseudo Port from 5060 to 5061. I'm not sure if
this will cause a problem with sipXecs (or the firewall on the local
router). It doesn't cause any issues when connected directly to
voip.ms(which shows that it's registered on port 5061).

To ensure there were no problems with the phone settings, in addition to
pushing the same configuration to another remote worker phone behind a
different router (which worked as expected), I also did a factory reset on
the phone and pushed the configuration again. This did not help.

Any recommendations on what I can do to resolve this issue? I can supply a
capture if needed (I'm a little rusty on how to do the captures).
