broadsoft has two things they can do, a 'selective call fwd' (with a 
couple boxes like []unknown []anon)

and wildcard matches, like 561*  or 561????1234

and can do the 'Your call is blocked' thing, (or like I said, a 
selective frding)

the call block is on a site wide basis, and the selective forwarding is 
per user.
