I did change my IP tonight because I suspect I have been experiencing problems 
with an upcoming vlan change. I decided to put everything back into the same 
network for now to see if it would eliminate the countless weird problems I 
seem to keep coming up with.

I see that part also but since I'm using the GUI, doesn't that mean the web 
server is running?
What is it that's failing. Is there a second web server or instance running or 
trying to?
