I have found a small (but irritating) bug in the UI for Linksys ATA devices.
Can someone tell me how best to let the developers know about it so it can be
cleared up in a future release?

P.S. Here is the bug:
On Version 4.0.4-017289, when editing the phone forms for either Linksys
spa2102 or spa3102, on the Miscellaneous form, the following fields have
default negative values (which are fine):
FXS Port Input Gain * (Default: -3)
FXS Port Output Gain * (Default: -3)
DTMF Playback Level * (Default: -16)
However, when I change any value on the form and click OK or Apply, it comes
back with a validation error:
FXS Port Input Gain must not be smaller than 0.
The same is true for the other 2 fields. This happens either in the Phone
Groups or when editing an individual phone.
The result of this is that I can't set the time zone, which is also on this
form, unless I alter those values (which I don't necessarily want to do).
