I have some IP 550's that are setup with an x.T dial plan. Normally, with the phone off hook, when the user dials an extension or external number, the phone seize the line and places the call. These freshly installed phones are waiting for the send key to be pressed or the handset lifted. I've compared my profiles to the other phones and found no differences, ditto for the phone config itself. Phones are same bootrom/firmware as existing. What am I missing?
