I don't think that I understand what you want.  If you have vpns set up
so that IP can flow between the sites, and your IP routing is set
correctly, then media should go end-to-end just fine.

Do you mean that you have branches A, B, and C and central site Z, and
you have IP connectivity between A-Z, B-Z, and C-Z, but not A-B, A-C,
and B-C?  If so, why not just fix that?
