Citrix's solution is to tell you to use Citrix Communications Plug-in 3.0 for Windows http://www.citrix.com/site/SS/downloads/details.asp?downloadId=1857851&productId=683164 If you give a xenapp user an application, they'll need the gateway to go with that.
