I am running the latest release and having serious problems with dropped calls. We have tried using different endpoint equipment and adjusted QOS on our router to prioritize voice traffic. Neither of these have resolved any of our issues. Today, I noticed a post about proxying media through the "Media Services" server instance. I changed the routing from "Conservative" to "Aggressive." It remains to be seen whether this will fix our issues. Do you guys have a suggestion on what else I can try? Most of our users are behind nat, but we control the endpoint end to end. The voice quality, when the call stays up, is very good.
