I thought I would share configurations for sipxecs 4.04 and tests for didforsale (I am not a reseller!)
They had free (6 hour) test inbound did's.
call quality was great (unless I was on my bluetooth.. for some reason)
call setup time was great, instant.

However, googling and testing confirms: if you receive a call from didforsale, and its forwarded externally, you lose audio.

Setup tested: you need static ip, and you need to open your firewall to their ip's, there is no md5 digest, they authenticate via ip. My sipx4.04 is natted a firewall, used their 'config_2' with the registered IP (my sipx public ip) and the test did.

If I used 'config_1', inbound callers hear 'incorrect digits, incorrect digits, incorrect digits'.

On sipx side, under *Gateway*
Configure->, I used their ip in address, 0 for port, and transport auto
Caller ID-> doesn't matter, they don't do outbound
Dial Plan-> ditto
*ITSP Account*
ITSP Server domain name->didforsale.com
user name->blank
password->blank
ITSP server address-> Their ip
use public address [x]
Strip private headers []
use default asserted identity[x]
Register on initialization [] /* since they don't require registration */
Method to use for SIP keepalive [none]
Method to use for RTP keepalive [none]

I am not sure if SIP keepalives would do anything in this inbound only configuration, except use up a couple bytes of traffic. there was nothing I could do that would allow, or facilitate call forwarding or transfter. if I used the sipx call fwd gui page, and let destination phone ring (or put it on DND, or set callfwd on the phone) it tried to dial out using the default other gateway (no audio) If I hit 'blindxfer', it seems to send a REFER to didonline. which just went no where (maybe because they don't do outbound).

late breaking news: despite no where at all on their site they say the do outbound, they emailed me to tell me they would put my ip in to allow me to test it.

From what I see, the $9.00 a month for 20 inbound channels would be great for your conferencing bridge, but unless I have done something horribly wrong in the config, I don't recommend it for general purpose inbound DID's, since you can't FWD the calls externally.
