I just saw a similar message to this yesterday, were the wrong selections
were put in during installation. The DNS and DHCP are double negative
questions, did you chose the correct ones?

Did you add correct addresses for the two external DNS servers?

It might be worthwhile to re-install and pay close attention to those
questions. That would be my first guess.

Subject: [sipx-users] SipProxy Error

A new server is giving me the error in starting sipproxy:

SIP route to SIPXCHANGE_DOMAIN_NAME "xxx.xxx.com" is not to my IP address:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

The sipx server is also acting as DNS and DHCP server.

The box has the proper IP address assigned.

The hostname of the box is fully qualified and pingable.
SipX domain is configured as A record rather than SRV.

Anyone have any ideas of what I can check from here?

Saw some earlier posts about checking the config files to make sure they
match and re-running sipxecs-setup.

I have checked both and all info appears to match.

Austin
