Greetings, I just updated a system to version 4.0.4. After the upgrade, users cannot log into the user portal -- ID/password Incorrect.
I see the following errors in the sipxconfig log: "2010-02-12T20:34:40.437000Z":5:JAVA:WARNING:sipx-sna01.sip-lf.panasonic.aero:P1-19:00000000:ComponentTemplateLoader:"Template for component LoginPage does not reference embedded components: panelPassword, panelUserName." ... "2010-02-12T21:15:17.215000Z":12:JAVA:INFO:sipx-sna01.sip-lf.panasonic.aero:background:00000000:XmlRpcClientInterceptor:"XML/RPC Alarm.raiseAlarm with [sipx-sna01.sip-lf.pana..., LOGIN_FAILED, [9496722140]] on https://sipx-sna01.sip-lf.panasonic.aero:8092/RPC2"; Any suggestions on what to look for or how to fix?
