Once you get it properly configured it's rock solid. There are so many options and tweakable settings that you can get lost fairly easily. I have found that reading the (rather long) manual a couple of times is a really good thing to do. The biggest issue I had with mine was that Adtran's DMS-100 implementation worked out of the box with no tweaking to connect with a Nortel Option 61c whereas the Audiocodes DMS-100 implementation required the release ID to be set to 36 on the Nortel side and the ISDN transfer capabilities setting had to be set to "speech" in order for everything to work properly.
Oh, don't forget to buy an extra power supply for redundancy. You can't be too careful. Any reputable dealer will provide at least a year of warranty/support for the device.
