The SIPX version we have is 4.0.2.
We are having some issues with the CDR records. Successful inbound/outbound
PSTN calls show up as failed in the cdr historic report.
The call does not show up under active calls during the call. It is placed in
the historic table as "failed" with zero seconds right after the call is
placed. The sytem does not wait for the call to end before placing the call in
the historic table as failed.
When I check the call-ids for successful calls in CDR logs in the snapshot, I
see "480, 'Temporarily Unavailable' " for the calls.
Any ideas? I might have missed something but could not find another case like
this under tracker..
