There are three steps that you will need to do for this -

Under Devices, SBC, select your sipxbridge, select the SIP configuration,
and remove the Operator under incoming call duration.

Next - add the alias under the user you want (sounds like you have done
this.

Next - go to System, Dial Plans, Auto Attendant.  Add your Pilot number
under Alias.

When someone calls your Pilot number, as an alias to the auto attendant,
they will be directed to the AA.  Your DID for the user will get directed to
them as an alias as well.

Be sure to assign all numbers you have somewhere - an AA, user, etc.
