Thanks for your help. I have tried versions "SIP version 4.01.001 OE EN MA (0309)" and a later one that I can't get access to at this moment. The support engineer didn't walk me through the debug process, although I see a setting that allows me to set a debug server.
The device is a single port FXS and a bit simplistic. I can't save / load config from a file. So the only way I know to share the config is to take screenshots! I asked their support person (Daniel) and he said that there is no way to save / restore config to file / tftp. I'll play with the debug server setting and see if I can get more information.
