Carolyn posted on the dev list what she thinks might be the problem. I'm running this in a test environment so it's not a big deal, just wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one seeing this issue. http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XTRN-1000 appears to be the same thing and it looks like Polycom firmware 3.2.3 may resolve the issue.
