I don't know what the CallPilot UI is. So I assume I am using the standard UI.

I also have a somewhat unrelated voicemail question:
If a user is deleted, shouldn't 
/var/sipxdata/mediaserver/data/mailstore/<user-id> be deleted as well?
Currently those directories are left behind.
