Calls per second is the call thruput. From simple dimensional analysis ( and queuing theory ) the following relationship holds: Calls/second * average call length in seconds = expected number of simultaneous calls. Assuming exponentially distributed inter arrival time for calls. ( If my memory serves me right.. Else, Dale will tell us the right formula to use. ) Regards, Ranga > > > > Thanks, > > > > Ken Fulmer > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > sipx-users mailing list [email protected] > List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users > Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users > sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/ > -- M.
