Hi Scott,
Snom 320 are going to get the provisioning path with DHCP options 66/67.
Please read the following for further info:

Unfortunately I don't own a Snom 870. I can't tell how different is the 
config file.
I would just try to configure it as a 370 and cross fingers ;-)
