I seem to recall investigating a similar issue from a user using Grandstream in 
the past and found the issue to be grandstream not being compliant with 
rfc4566.  Please take a look at http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XTRN-471.  
This tracker, although not targeted at Grandstream, describes rfc4566 
non-compliance issue.  With the details provided in the tracker, you should be 
able to confirm that this is indeed the problem by sniffing your Grandstream 
and checking where it is trying to send its RTP packets.  

If you see it try to send RTP packets to the IP address found in the first c= 
line of the SDP then my theory is right - report the problem to grandstream.  
On the other hand, if it sends RTP to the IP address found in the second c= 
line of the SDP, please report back to this list and we'll push the 
investigation further.
