If I were you I'd ensure the DNS for the sipx system is working properly.

A while back I did a "how-to" for the wiki on Snom m3 configuration. There
are a couple of things:

1. Upgrade the firmware, it takes a while.
2. Snom m3's do not properly lookup SRV records, older firmware locks up or
reboot the phone when trying. I get around this by creating an "A" record in
my DNS for the domain itself to point to sipx. This may break other internal
needs, but my m3 was solid after I did that. Snom's response was I was the
only person who needed that and refused to address the fact they incorrectly
adhere to the RFC.
