I am attempting to use an ITSP (voicepulse.com). I can register and receive inbound calls, no audio or transfer call issues.
On outbound calls I originally would see a "407 authentication required" message, and after changing the outbouncd caller-id to the registration address I get a 401 message. I was able to make calls without issue on port 5060 before adding remote users, so I know I can place calls in "some" manner. *Question: If I register on port 5080, they send calls to me on 5080. When I place calls, they also go out on 5080. The ITSP says they "follow" the port used in registration. Is this somehow incompatible with sipXbridge? Does sipxbridge "want" to send calls on 5060 and sending on 5080 is not supported)? (I know, 2 questions, but it's really one question).* * * *Tony * -- ====================== Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ Why do mathematicians always confuse Halloween and Christmas?
