I have an SBC which allows both SIP over UDP and over TCP (for a specific application). Preferably though, I'd like all SIP Signaling over UDP to have as much consistency as possible. The SIP message can't be more than 400 bytes or so. This wouldn't qualify as "too big" for Sipx, would it?
