Thanks. I deleted the file on a test machine and it reappeared when I
restarted the SIP Proxy service.

You can delete it. Depends on how much you want to rely on those logs later

These are the default settings (4.0.4). Mostly notice. Info cranks up the
detail, especially the phones, which is why you got some big log files.
