There is no voicemail, and unless we're getting two simultaneous calls every time that someone calls, it shouldn't be a call waiting beep. Except for setting up the VLAN ID, the only configuration changes I've made to the phones have been via the Phone Group, and I've only made a small number of changes there, and only to things that I was pretty sure what they did.
