Hello,

Like you see bellow, he is enable
(<music-on-hold-support-enabled>true</music-on-hold-support-enabled> )

It’s a new install of Sipx on a centos with the ISO image. I use an aastra
phone , I have done 2 change for this phone in the config, 1 to disable the
gruu , the second to force a ptime of 20 ms.

I see that aastra don’t support correctly music on hold for internal call ,
but I read that with this new version of Sipx the sipXbridge must mange MoH
correctly event the phone don’t support it (for call connected via a SIP
trunk).

To do the test, I have done a call from the aastra to mobile number via a
SIP trunk, after the call is answered I start a transfer to put the call in
hold.

Regards

Laurent

You need to enable it on sipxbridge in 4.2 (advanced settings). You need to
be sure the phone yo have supports it. You need to explain what you have
done and what is happening in order to get some help.

Hello,

any idea ?

how can I debug this ?
I have checked Freeswitch and sipxbridge log and I don't see
anything about MoH.
